Mike is truly an expert in the real estate industry. For 40 years, he’s excelled in this business, helping clients find their first home, invest in an income property, sell their home, or build their forever one.
Over the last four decades, Mike has helped clients buy and sell all types of real estate including land, residential, commercial, single-family and multi-family properties. He’s also a land developer, having developed a number of both single and multi-family developments in our community with his business partners, Rod and Vic Plese at Plese Realty.
Mike has never just viewed this work as a job, but rather a passion. And it’s obvious in the knowledge he brings to the table, the advice he shares with his clients, and the overall experience he provides every buyer or seller, regardless of the transaction size.
Like Hayley, he’s always called Spokane home. In fact, it’s his love for this city that helped her see all that it has to offer.
Hayley joins the real estate industry after seven successful years at one of Spokane’s premier marketing and advertising agencies. For years, she helped her clients market products and services, influence customer behavior and reach their business goals using an effective and proven combination of advertising, PR, and digital strategy.
Today, she uses her marketing expertise to help sellers attract the right buyers in order to see the highest return on their investment, and acts as an advocate and guide for buyers looking to find a home they love.
Hayley has always called Spokane home. She loves it so much she even decided to stay here for college and attend Gonzaga University where she received her Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and minor in Public Relations.
